It’s all about the stretch!
Many of us think that flexibility is something that you are born with, genetics do have they part to play, however regular stretch and conditioning training can significantly improve your flexibility. Our muscles and joints need it more than all of us actually realise, especially since most of us sedentary lifestyle, also this kind of training can improve your performance in other disciplines and help us achieve the goals which you have set for yourself.
It doesn’t matter if your goal is to achieve “that dreamt about split” or just to stretch those stiff joints and give them some needed lubrication – this class is for you. During an 1 hour long session that starts with a gentle warm up and mobility exercises we will be focusing on the holistic body stretch ending with the front or box split challenge, all achieved by the sequence of the dynamic and static stretches!
So what are the benefits of stretching? Prevention of injuries, reduction of muscle soreness, an increase of blood circulation, stress relief, increased range of motions, helps and prevent back pain, a great introduction to practice mindfulness and that just a few!
