Hi my name is Iwona and I’m the founder and main instructor of the Aerial Stilettoes.
I would love to be your guide in the world of aerial arts, chair dance and burlesque, so let me take you on your amazing journey to finding yourself in a different perspectives, which is often upside down!
My journey started 8 years ago, and I’ve never looked back.
My introduction to the aerial arts was pole dance lessons. Shortly after getting my leg around the pole I was hooked, and this set off a chain reaction. As next I trained for and became a Chair Dance instructor with the Burlesque Chair Dance company. Once it’s occurred to me that I love teaching I realised I wanted more and more… Pretty soon after becoming a Chair Dance Instructor also gained an internationally recognised qualification as a Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks instructor with the Spin City and I don’t think I’m going to end there…
The most amazing part of being part of our studio is that you can adjust it to whatever you want it to be; amazing cardio while doing a chair dance routine, full body workout that will challenge your muscles and mind on silks, lyrical flow on the hoop or stiletto performing sex bomb? The choice is yours and that’s what I love!
