Heels Dance

Heels Dance is the ultimate confidence-boosting movement class! Whether you’re looking to strut, slay, or simply feel incredible in your own skin, this is the class that unlocks your inner powerhouse and sexiness.

Heels Dance combines elements of dance technique, sass, musicality and confidence training—all performed in (optional!) heels. Don’t worry if you’ve never danced in heels before… we start slow, build technique safely, and help you find your own style.

Each class includes a warm-up to prepare your muscles, technique drills to help you move safely in heels, and a fun routine where you get to connect with your body, your confidence and your attitude. You don’t need any prior dance experience—just an open mind and a willingness to try something new.

Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming for all abilities. Whether you join a group session or book a private 1:1, you’ll get personalised guidance and plenty of support. And don’t worry—heels are optional until you feel ready to go all in.

Heels Dance is not just a workout… it’s a vibe, a full-body session that strengthens your legs, core and posture while also lifting your confidence higher than your favourite stilettos.
