Aerial hoop is one of the latest fitness crazes!!! To keep up with trends it is a must try activity.
A steel ring suspended from a rigging point, wrapped in specialist tape for better grip, this provides the platform for spectacular shapes, tumbles and combo movements. Beginners start from the lower hoop to get used to the height and get that confidence and slowly rise the hoop higher. All at your own pace and to the level which makes you happy! You are in control here!
During the 1 hour class we will make sure that all your muscles are properly warmed up before you jump in to creating those amazing poses. In our classes we make sure there is maximum of 2 students per aparatus, to make sure you will get most out off the sessions and also get a chance to support your fellow aerialist!
Aerial hoop is a full body workout guaranteed with maximum fun element! All abilities are welcomed and no fitness requirements are needed. By attending the sessions regularly you will gain the strength and flexibility needed for all those dreamed moves!
