A place people would want to come back to, a space that feels like belonging. This journey hasn’t been about shortcuts or pretending. It’s been built through effort, learning, and showing up — over and over — because this meant something to us.

And then came the people. 💜YOU💜

You’re the reason this place became what it is. Aerial Stilettos isn’t a studio that asks anyone to fit a mould. It’s built around people — your energy, your quirks, your presence, and the space we make for each other. A place where we don’t tone ourselves down, and we don’t expect you to either. We show up as we are — fully, loudly, unapologetically — and you meet us there.

From those early days in a hired hall to opening our own studio (YAY🙌🙌🙌) in Weedon Bec, the heart has stayed the same: movement that feels honest, a community that grows naturally, and a space that carries professionalism without losing personality.

We’ve moved together through aerial arts, heels, workshops, creative sessions, and three incredible shows — each one shaped by the people who poured their heart and soul into them.

Also along the way, Midnight Stilettos found its place too — a raw, expressive outlet for anyone wanting to explore movement with deeper spark and zero apologies 🔥 🔥 🔥

Three years in, the thing that matters most isn’t the equipment or the routines. It’s the people who walk through the door — nervous or confident, beginners or experienced — and realise they don’t have to shrink themselves here.

So here’s to three years of moving honestly, laughing loudly, embracing the magic, the energy, the edges, and taking up space — exactly as we are.

Our Studio Is Officially Open 💜

We are beyond excited to share that Aerial Stilettos is now officially open in at The Royal Ordnance Depot Weedon Bec!

After months of planning, building, organising timetables, and dreaming big, opening day finally arrived — and the response from the local community has been absolutely incredible. The interest, messages, shares, and bookings we received have truly exceeded our expectations, and we cannot thank you enough for the support.

Opening Day Highlights

Our opening day was everything we hoped for and more. It was so special to finally welcome people into the studio, show you the space, meet new faces, and feel the excitement around aerial and dance in the local community.

We loved chatting with everyone who came along, answering questions, and seeing such enthusiasm for future classes. The support shown on the day — and in the days following — has been overwhelming, with several classes booking up very quickly. It truly confirmed that opening this studio was the right step.

Our studio is designed to be a safe, inclusive space where students of all ages and abilities can explore movement, strength, confidence, and creativity.

While we continue developing the studio and alongside full-time work commitments, we are currently running classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

Due to the high demand following our opening, we are actively working towards adding more sessions in the near future.

The glitter dust has finally settled after our third show, and we’re still floating on cloud nine or maybe still hanging upside down from the hoop! 😉

What an unforgettable night it was. The stage shimmered, the lights burned bright, and the energy from the crowd was absolutely electric. From the first sensual spin to the final drop from the silks, the room was alive with passion, strength, and artistry.

The cheers, ovations and incredible feedback have left us speechless. Every round of applause and every message we’ve received since has reminded us just how much this show meant, not only to us, but to everyone who came to experience it.

This performance, our last one before taking a well-deserved little break, felt extra special. It was more than a show; it was a celebration of confidence, empowerment, and connection. Each dancer poured heart and soul into every move, whether on the pole, in the air, or on the floor, creating moments that were fierce, elegant, and utterly magnetic.

And behind all that glitter and spotlight magic is a team we couldn’t be prouder of. From the dancers who dared to fly to the behind the scenes crew who made it all come together. Every prop designed, every stage entry perfectly timed, every beat of the music leaving us breathless, it all created something truly unforgettable.

We’re beyond grateful for everyone who joined us on this journey, those who performed, those who supported, and those who cheered us on from the audience. 💜

We just got back from our first trip abroad with Silky — and what an adventure it was! 🐾✨

Silky made some new friends along the way, strolled through the charming cobblestone streets of the old town (any guesses where we were?), and totally fell in love with nature — especially the mushrooms! 🍄 He even climbed all the way up to explore the ruins of a historic castle and take in the breathtaking views.
Silky was really fascinated by Poland and he totally fell for pierogi 🥟 🥟 😂😂

Now that we’re back from our holiday, we’re feeling refreshed and can’t wait to see you all in class! 💪💫

Recently AS embarked on a new challenge, this was going to be slight change to the normal performance and teaching side of AS.

Introducing Doug who looks after pretty much everything technical for AS, you will find me in the background working on thing like rigging, IT, lighting, sound and anything else that you can think of that is not done by Iwona.

Over the last year or so Doug has been learning and developing his skills in photography with the goal of being able to do our own inhouse photoshoots.

As you may expect getting the right results was a bit of a roller-coaster ride but you can see some of the better examples in the merchandise photos featuring Iwona as the patent model and also Silky.

And so after plenty of trials, rejected results and figuring things out and developing our own style, we were able to put together our first official photoshoot.

We decided the best way to advertise this was put out our example photos so our customers could decide for themselves if the results were desirable… and I’m glad to say feedback was positive.

The key in our style is body positivity and empowerment, we are proud of our girls and we are really pleased with the results, we don’t edit our models, only the backgrounds and colour profiles.

So let the final results speak for themselves and we look forward to more shoots to come.

It took a little longer than expected, but if you know us, you know we never do things by halves! We’re so excited to share the results of our first photoshoot, marking the beginning of a brand new adventure for Aerial Stilettos.

This experience was a huge learning curve, not just for Doug, who has thrown himself into photography with full dedication, exploring every angle and technique but also for me! I decided to take a course in photography posing to ensure we get the very best out of every shoot. After all, no one wants to be excited for a photoshoot only to feel lost when it comes to posing. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

Now we’re looking ahead to our first ever chair dance photoshoot session on 4th of May, where we’ll put all this hard work into action! Whether you’re just starting your chair dance journey or a seasoned dancer wanting to celebrate your progress, this is your chance to have a snapshot that you can keep forever.

Time flies when you’re having fun—and building incredible partnerships! It’s hard to believe that a whole year has passed since we first stepped into Jasmine’s Empowerment Pole Dance Studio in Corby. That was the day not only a professional collaboration began but also a truly special friendship was formed. 💜

From the very start, everything about this partnership felt natural and right. Rigging up Jasmine’s studio for aerial hoop and aerial silks workshops was the beginning of something magical. Once the first workshops kicked off, there was no turning back! The warm response and enthusiasm from Jasmine’s students made every session feel rewarding and worthwhile.

But this partnership has been about so much more than just workshops. It’s been about mutual support, shared creativity, and working together as small businesses in the same world of fitness and empowerment. Jasmine and her amazing student Jessica even joined us in last year’s Aerial Stiletto show, wowing everyone with a breathtaking silks-on-pole performance that left us all inspired!

Collaborations like this go beyond the surface—they’re about building a community and cheering each other on every step of the way. Having Jasmine and her studio as part of our journey has been an incredible privilege, and we’re so excited to see where this partnership takes us next.
